All great changes are preceded by chaos. I read this on Facebook yesterday. It’s definitely true of our lives right now. A trying and yet very exciting time.
Our Life. In Focus. is the start of a new series that will give us the opportunity to intentionally focus on the little things in life. Those things that bring you a smile throughout your day, but that are easily forgotten in the midst of the so-called chaos of life.

I always tell my friends and anyone who will listen, it’s the little things in life that make me happy. A complete stranger smiles as they pass you on the street. The person who let you change lanes on the road on the way to work when traffic was unbearable. Hearing from family that you haven’t heard from in years. Shoot, for me lately it’s just been everyday mundane things. My car not breaking down and my cable working.
